When you take out the TAP card you automatically get two credit cards: a TAP Visa Card and a TAP American Express card. These cards are linked to the same card account and share the same credit limit. Enjoy additional advantages:
- By having 2 cards you'll get better worldwide acceptance, since you'll be able to access both Visa and American Express networks.
- Earn miles quicker and redeem them for flights to your dream destinations.
- One of the cards is absolutely free. Even though you have 2 cards you will only be charged one annual fee provided your TAP American Express card is linked to your TAP Visa Card. If you cancel this card, the TAP American Express card will take on the TAP Visa card's annual fee (75 EUR for the Gold card and 35 EUR for the Classic card).
- The TAP Visa card and the TAP American Express card are twins, that is, they're linked to the same card account, making it easier to manage them:

Get bonus miles for enrolling
Become a TAP Gold card member and instantly earn 5,000 bonus miles. If you'd rather take out the TAP Classic card, you'll earn 1,000 bonus miles. Earn 2,500 bonus miles for signing up an additional TAP Gold card holder (500 for TAP Classic).
Your card purchases are worth miles
Earn miles from your TAP card purchases. You get 1 bonus mile for each 1EUR spent on your TAP Visa card. If you use your TAP American Express card, you'll earn even more miles: get 1.25 miles for each 1 EUR spent on your TAP Classic (1.5 miles for TAP Gold).
The TAP American Express card will earn you more miles per card purchase compared with the TAP Visa card. The more you use it, the quicker you can earn the miles you need for your dream holidays.

Additional miles

When you take out a TAP Visa Card you are automatically enrolled in the Victoria Program. This means you can benefit from its numerous advantages, such as accruing miles from other Program partners, which, together with the miles you've earned from purchases, you can redeem for free flight tickets.
Miles earned are valid for three years and can be redeemed for flights for you, or for you to offer your family and friends.
